Moulding
Hengrui Machinery is equipped with common equipment such as sand mixers, three-dimensional vibration tables, special sandboxes and conveyor lines, sand mold baking ovens, sand cooling devices, vacuum systems and sand dust removal screening equipment. The main production processes are resin sand and water glass sand. The differences between the two production processes mainly involve the properties of the sand, binders, cost, surface quality, etc. In actual production, we will comprehensively select the appropriate process based on factors such as product requirements, customer budget, and production volume.
Smelting and Casting
Hengrui Machinery is equipped with multiple medium frequency induction furnaces, electric arc furnaces, LF refining furnaces and VD vacuum furnaces. The weight of the castings produced ranges from several tens of kilograms to 25T, which can meet the needs of customers for cast steel parts with different weights and quality requirements.
Heat Treatment
Hengrui Machinery is equipped with several medium temperature resistance furnaces (950℃480KW), high temperature resistance furnaces (1200℃160KW), high temperature resistance furnaces (1200℃400KW), and high temperature resistance furnaces (1200℃840KW). It also has a heat treatment pool with double circulating pumps, which can carry out conventional heat treatments such as quenching, normalizing, tempering, and solid solution. This can adjust the structure and organization of the material, improve its mechanical properties, reduce internal stress, and even improve its wear and corrosion resistance to meet different engineering application needs.
